Dennis was awesome. Very quick to respond to my phone call, and on a holiday weekend at that. He tried to walk me through repairing my oven over the phone but I couldn't get it done so he came out the next day. We live in the country and he came out, found out what was wrong, ordered the part then came back out again and got our oven going. We will definitely use him again, should we need it, and I highly recommend him!
